DHAP Digital's collaborative process remains the same, whether we are acting as the lead developer or as one solutions provider among many. We work with our clients, vendors, and partners to define and build the best solutions possible. We gather client and end-user requirements to determine what the project must accomplish. Taking those unique needs into consideration, we analyze and document a series of recommendations based on any preexisting systems and workflow. Then we architect a solution that meets the client's business strategies and end-user requirements. Those plans frequently define all user systems and interactions, programming languages, software, hardware, application specifications, data flow, network architecture, ISP specifications, scalability plans, appraisal and desigtn of security components, and maintenance solutions related to the project. Implementation with an eye on the future. Following approval by the client, we begin the process of implementation: a cycle of development, testing, revision and approval that begins with early systems installation and code development; implementation ends with the quality assurance testing of every part of the solution. Throughout development, our project managers and engineers work closely with any outside advertising agencies, graphic design specialists, and other client vendors or partners to ensure seamless integration with front-end graphical and copy elements for the project. |
At no point do our clients lose touch with the technologies being developed on their behalf. Our client leads and project managers ensure that all code and technologies meet the defined standards and mission goals for the project - even when they change. As primary contacts, they work closely to field client questions, and manage the continuous workflow of budgets, approvals, and changes. We stand by everything we build, and many of the things we don't. Many companies can build an application, but DHAP delivers maintainable systems. DHAP Digital provides thorough documentation, as well as the codified procedures necessary for the client or other client partners to supplement and support the application post deployment. DHAP does not walk away from engagements once implementation is complete; in fact, we specialize in taking on support for applications designed by others. If requested by our clients, we provide application deployment and support so that their IT groups can focus on their core competencies instead. |
